1. The owner agrees to advise Azzaro Kennels & Cattery of any medical conditions or temperament issues their Pet may have.
2. All pets must be up to date with their flea and worm treatments. If fleas or worms are found to be present on your pet, Azzaro Kennels & Cattery will treat and charge for having to do this.
3. The owner must provide documentation that all vaccinations are current according to Veterinarian requirements. However it must be understood even though all pets at Azzaro Kennels & Cattery are vaccinated, this may not fully protect your pet, e.g. canine cough vaccines. Your Vet will advise further on this issue.
4. The owner agrees that if their pet becomes ill or injured and in the opinion of Azzaro Kennels & Cattery requires medical attention, Azzaro Kennels & Cattery is authorized to engage a Veterinarian (the owners Vet will be engaged if possible) and administer medicine as directed. Owner to incur costs.
5. All boarding fees are to be paid for in advance on invoice prior to bringing Pets in, or by eftpos at the time of drop off.
6. Pets will not be released to anyone other than the owner unless we have been advised beforehand, and account has been paid in full.
7. Our boarding fee per day starts at the time your pet arrives to us. Afternoon arrivals, and morning departures are charged at half the daily rate. Morning arrivals and afternoon departures are charged as a full day. Our boarding fees include GST, and also include twice daily meals and a bedtime treat.
9. Failure to uplift your pet after 7days of the conclusion of the booking period without any communication or correspondence will result in the pet being considered abandoned.
10. PLEASE do not bring in a multiple items with your Pets. ONE blanket or item ONLY. We can not be held responsible nor do we have the storage space if every Pet was brought in with multiple items.
PLEASE NOTE: All bookings from mid Dec – mid Jan of each year require a $50 deposit to secure the booking. This must be paid at the time of Booking and is non-refundable if you choose to cancel for any reason. The dates booked will be the dates charged.
